All Questions Account Security Platform Promotions

There are two ways to update personal information on your Bets BD account – either through Settings yourself, or by contacting support.

Email or Display Name Change: Log in → Profile Icon → "Account Settings" → "Personal Information" tab → Make your changes → Confirm with OTP. Updates typically take 2–3 minutes to reflect.

Mobile Number Change: This is a more secure process. In addition to OTP verification on your new number, NID verification may also be required. Start by going to the support chat and typing "Change Mobile Number". Once your identity is confirmed, the change is typically completed within 24 hours. If you no longer have access to your old number, you may need to submit a photo of your NID and a selfie.

Once your mobile number is changed, payments will no longer go to the old number. Before making the change, make sure your new number has an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

Forgetting your password is completely normal, and on Bets BD it can be resolved in just a few minutes.

Enter Your Mobile Number – Enter the number you used during registration. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number.

Verify OTP – Enter the code within 10 minutes.

Set a New Password – Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.

If you don't receive the OTP, check your network and try again after 60 seconds. If your old mobile number is no longer active, email support at support@betsbd.best – your account is typically restored within 24 hours after NID verification.

The app failing to open or crashing is most commonly caused by an outdated version, cache issues, or device incompatibility. Try the steps below one by one.

Update the App: Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS), search for Bets BD, and tap "Update" if it's available. Older versions often contain bugs.

Clear Cache: Settings → Apps → Bets BD → Storage → "Clear Cache". Then reopen the app.

Devices running Android 8+ or iOS 13+ generally work without any issues. If the app doesn't run on an older OS version, contact support – the web version is a fully functional alternative.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer – it's the process of verifying your identity. On Bets BD, general betting and small withdrawals can be done without KYC. However, ৳10,000 or more KYC is mandatory to make withdrawals or access the full benefits of your account.

What You'll Need for KYC:

  • Clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID (NID)
  • A selfie holding your NID (both your face and the NID must be clearly visible)
  • Make sure your mobile banking account is registered in your name

KYC Submission Steps: Log in → Profile → "Verification" tab → Upload document → Submit. Verification is typically completed within 12 to 48 hours. If an image is unclear, you may be asked to re-upload it.

KYC only needs to be completed once. All future withdrawals will be processed automatically.
